GIS Primary Campus – Grade 4 Art Work

On Wednesday, 14th November 2017, our Grade 4 pupils carried out an art project titled, “Benin Culture”. The beautiful paintings will be displayed as part of the upcoming Art Project Exhibition on Thursday, 23rd November 2017.

GIS Primary Campus – Grade 2 Special Assembly Presentation

  On Friday, 6th October 2017, Grade 2 Kingbird had an assembly presentation on Bees. The aim of the presentation was to educate pupils and teachers on the types and importance of bees. It also emphasized the effects of man’s activities on the decreasing number of bees in our world today.

Etiquette class took place on Wednesday, 4th October 2017. The topic was ‘DO MAKE GOOD MANNERS A GOOD HABIT IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE’. The major focus was on essential table manners, students were taught how to: Set a table properly Handle cutlery Serve and remove dishes Seat while eating Use table napkin etc

GIS Primary Campus – Grade 3 IPC Entry Point

On Wednesday, 20th September 2017, Grade 3 pupils had their IPC entry point presentation based on ‘Living Together’ (Community). The main points of the presentation were: Show casing of different cultural attires and dance by the students Speeches about the different communities A documentary on the host community (Rivers State)

GIS Primary Campus – Grandparents’ Day

GIS Primary celebrated the Grandparents’ Day on Friday, 22nd September 2017. The purpose of this event is to make children appreciate the importance of their older generation. It is also to encourage these grandparents to impact their wisdom on their grandchildren thus cementing the significance as relevant role models within our society.
