At Greenoak, we believe every child that comes through our doors will become a maestro in a particular discipline. Therefore, we are committed to nurture each student to attain their very best. .

This week, we took time to sit down with Lucky Worlu, a high-performing 7th grader who’s excelling in sports. In a recent interview, we sat down with him to discuss his achievements so far.

Marketing Team: How did you first get interested in playing soccer, and what keeps you motivated to continue playing?

Lucky: My family has been my greatest source of motivation. When I was about four or five years old, my parents encouraged me to take both academics and sports seriously. I would regularly attend soccer practice for about two hours to improve my skills.

Marketing Team: Can you share a memorable moment or achievement from your soccer career so far?

Lucky: That was the final soccer fiesta held here at Greenoak Secondary School. I was honored with both the Golden Boot and the Most Valuable Player awards. Additionally, I was named team captain. This meant a great deal to me.

And with that, we conclude this week’s Student Highlight. Thank you for reading, and be sure to stay tuned for our next article!
