The Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) implemented new performance bands for primary and lower secondary reports, effective from January 2023. These revamped reports now present scores on a more nuanced 0 – 50 scale, a departure from the previous 0.0 – 6.0 scale.
The new performance bands are as follows:

1-10: Basic
11-20: Aspiring
21-30: Good
31-40: High
41-50: Outstanding
